Terms & ConditionsOrdering information: Non-painted items will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. In the event of this not being possible we will notify your of the dispatch time on receipt of your order. Hand-painted items will be made up to order and are usually dispatched within 3 days. Please remember that each item is made to order and there may be very slight variations from the item pictured. All hand-painted items can be custom painted in a palette of your choice - please use the contact form or email anna@halfanacre.co.uk to discuss your requirements. Postage: We accept UK and International orders. All items sent within the UK will use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will need to be signed for on receipt. When ordering please bear in mind that most hand-painted items really are painted to order. We do have a few painted up in stock so please contact us if you need your item 'by the weekend' and you wish to order on a Thursday! Packaging: All items will be packaged in recycled materials - bubblewrap, tissue etc. This is, of course, to reduce cost and waste and to help protect the environment. The item itself will be attractively tissue wrapped. The outer wrappings will be recycled materials. Regardless of appearance the item will be packaged safely and to safeguard against damage in transit. Returning items: Please check everything as soon as it arrives. If you are unhappy in anyway with your purchase, please email anna@halfanacre.co.uk. You can return all unused purchases within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We cannot refund the postage other than for faulty goods and a refund will not be issued until the item has been received back at Half an Acre. Any items used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. Damaged or faulty goods: Please return the items in their original packaging. For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods, we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us. |
